I believe turning off RMAH was Blizzard's biggest mistake with Diablo as a franchise. Even Dragalia Lost had a successful launch before the inexperience in the product team killed it. I expect DI to at least beat Raid Shadow Legends, at least during the initial launch month when you put in most marketing, but what it does from there heavily depend on your progression models. Just look at Nintendo/Cy's failure with Dragalia Lost. Although 1+1 is often less than 2 when you have competing philosophies. Hopefully Netease's extensive experience will help close the gap. I surely hope you added enough IAP and fine tuned the progression curve to compete against the best of the big league. This is not AAA where player already paid $60 and won't ever spend another dime. This is big league, big money dominated by seasoned PMs and quants who optimize every aspect of player spending and retention to the click. No traditional AAA game company ever made a tier 1 mobile game.

I'm seeing a lot of people planning to play on mobile as soon as they are able to see it on their app store (possibly before it's fully launched on PC) and want to make sure they link their account correctly to enable crossplay to PC.
